House with No Steps is a leading organisation providing support to 3600 people with a disability across 200 locations in NSW, QLD and the ACT.
We provide a broad range of support services to people with intellectual, mental health, sensory and physical disabilities.
Our Services
We support our service users to develop strong support networks, access appropriate living arrangements, develop skills, participate in employment and become involved in recreational activities.
Our Businesses
We also operate 27 diverse businesses which provide meaningful employment for 600 people with a disability. Our businesses compete in the open marketplace on commercial terms with any net profits used to subsidise other community services.

We empower people to plan for and achieve their goals and determine their own life choices. We work in partnership with people with a disability and their family and carers, to help achieve their personal potential and lead a full life within their community.
