Parkinson’s Western Australia
Parkinson’s WA (Parkinson’s Western Australia) is a not-for-profit charitable organisation dedicated to supporting people living with Parkinson’s, their families, carers and health professionals across Western Australia.
They provide a range of services and programs designed to help people manage life with Parkinson’s, including a specialist Parkinson’s Nurse Specialist Service that offers expert guidance and home visits, support networks and over 20 local support groups.
In addition, Parkinson’s WA delivers education and resources for those newly diagnosed, carers and allied health professionals, and works to improve quality of life, foster independence and build community connection for people affected by Parkinson’s across the state.
