Where There’s a Will: Call the probate police! (June 6)

In the third of our Where There’s a Will Series with Bequest Assist, we’ll examine bequest case studies that could have gone awry and how to ensure your charity doesn’t miss out. In the second of our Where There’s a Will Series for 2024, in collaboration with Bequest Assist, we will be delving into another valuable and fascinating estate management topics throughout the year. In “10 Tips for Talking to Gifts in Wills Donors Through an Estate Administration Lens to Avoid Problems”, we’ll supply lots of estate knowledge to improve your conversations with potential bequestors. What does it mean if a bequestor wants to leave you a gift for a specific purpose or ask you to be their executor? What sort of notes are helpful to keep about these conversations? We’ll cover all of that and more!
